Shania started out in the real estate industry in 2018 where she worked for a small town local Real Estate company in Manjimup as a Receptionist, assisting the Property Management and Sales Department.

In 2020, Shania was ready for a sea change and decided to relocate to the big smoke, where she joined our LJ Hooker South West Property Management team.

Shania started out as the Leasing and Inspections Officer, then quickly moved on to be Assistant Property Manager to Simone Byrne. This prepared Shania to take on her own portfolio to become a Full Time Property Manager.

Living in Bunbury for 4 years now, Shania has enjoyed every moment living here with her partner and two mini Dachshunds, and loves being close to the beaches and what Bunbury has to offer!

Shania is fully licensed in both Sales & Property Management so she is well equipped with the right tools and knowledge for her busy role. Shania is committed to providing the best possible service and creating positive relationships with our Landlords and Tenants.
